This price broke the highest price recorded at last year, creating the new historical record. According to the source of news, this is price is about three times than the highest price of last year.

This tuna was cut at the head office of Samadhi Sushi store in Tsukiji, and will be sold at the normal price of 128 to 398 Japanese Yen per piece. It says that, according to the transaction price, the actual price should be between 40,000 to 50,000 Japanese Yen per piece.
