In the afternoon of Dec. 7, 2010, Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Han Changfu, accompanied by Mr. Zheng Jiwei, vice governor of Zhejiang province, Mr. Chen Long, deputy secretary-general of the province and Mr. Zhao Limin, director of Zhejiang Ocean Fisheries Bureau, made a study tour to Zhejiang North Supreme Seafood Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Ocean Family Co., Ltd., which is also a subsidiary of Wanxiang Group.

    Minister Han listened the reports by Mr. Lu Guanqiu, Chainman of Wanxiang Group and Mr. Zeng Yue Xiang, general manager of Zhejiang Ocean Family Co., Ltd. and concurrently Chairman of Zhejiang North Supreme Seafood Co., Ltd. He highly evaluated their achievements in development of agriculture, ocean fisheries and seafood deep processing. He also praised the deeds of Wanxiang Group of “returning to the farm fields from globalization” and contributing to agricultural developments with profits gained from industries.

    During the tour, Minister Han and other members of his group visited the processing work shops of Zhejiang North Supreme Seafood Co., Ltd.
