In April 19th 2014, the founding meeting of Shanghai Daling Corporation is held at the golden hall in the 7 floor of Shanghai Mart. Representatives from both parties of the investment make the opening speech. Several domestic and foreign guests, hundreds principals from restaurants, hotels and large supermarkets and relevant medias attend the opening ceremony, witnessing the official founding of Shanghai Daling Food Co., Ltd.
Shanghai Daling is jointly invested by Zhejiang Ocean Family Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation. Both investment parties integrate advantages and resources of two parties, build up the purchase and supply base to handle the fresh seafood which are just caught in the first time and deliver the seafood to consumers by keeping the best freshness, aiming to bring the high-quality seafood to China, to provide the opportunity for consumers to experience the delicacy of the world and taste the fresh seafood from the sea, and to realize the corporate motto of “provide the reassuring, safe, natural and delicious seafood to consumers”
In everyday, Shanghai Daling directly supplies seafood to 20 high-end seafood supermarkets and hundreds restaurants and star hotels, offering reassuring, safe, good quality and delicious seafood, not only providing the chance for consumers to enjoy rare seafood such as frozen on board tuna, bluefin tuna, yellowtail fish, Argentina red shrimp, Kyushu dried fish and etc., but also truly realizing the international industry which combines the procurement network of world aquatic products and the vertical direct sales network of the domestic market, and being pioneering leader of consumption of aquatic products in China.
During the founding meeting, there is also a taste show of high-quality seafood named “The World Trip of Daling Seafood In 2014”, giving guests the chance to experience the freshness of seafood on site. The taste show is kicked off by a wonderful dissection show of tuna. One tuna with the weight of 100KG is moved to the stage and made the dissection show by specially invited professional tuna experts. The professional and excellent dissection show once pushes the meeting to the climax. Guests taste the fresh and classic tuna sashimi and understand more about the culinary culture of tuna. Later on, local representatives from 4 Japanese organizations demonstrate all different kinds of seafood to all participating guests, letting people to experience the fresh seafood.
