Knowledge creates the power, service generates the value: the training of the professional knowledge of tuna products

    In the morning of 27th June, at the headquarters of Ocean Family, one session of “the training of the professional knowledge of super-frozen tuna products” is progressing. Mr. Oishi Tomomi, the consultant of the development department, hosts this training. The marketing team of the sales department and sale people and workers at brand stores and wholesale stores attend this event.

    The training covers multiple topics such as the introduction of species of tunas, the distribution of fishing grounds, the assortment of tunas, firmness of tuna meat, shapes of products, the methods of thawing, the grading based on fish tail, the analysis of customer complaint and etc. The explanation is professional and detailed in the simple way. The issues which happen during the marketing processes are analyzed and answered one by one.

    This is the first professional training which focuses on tuna products since Daling Corporation is established. Through the studying, the whole sales team has the better understanding about super-frozen tunas.
