Recently, Ocean Family’s Shanghai Daling Corporation hosts the delicacy tasting event, “Shanghai Daling the world trip of food ingredients—Hokkaido 2014”, at Shanghai Jingpuhui Sinan store. More than 100 people from Shanghai catering industry attend this event. This promotion event gathers more than 30 good quality food ingredients which can represent Hokkaido and make people know more about seafood of Hokkaido, through on-site tasting and communication of cuisine quality.
