On March 7th, Ocean Family’s Shanghai Daling Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Daling) officially opens its Beijing long-standing experience store and hosts the grand opening ceremony at Beijing Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong. During the ceremony, Mr. Zengbo, the general manager of Shanghai Daling, Mr. Masumoto Masayuki, the official from the aquatic department of Nagasaki Japan, Mr. Itou Yuuji, the agriculture counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s office of Japan in the People’s Republic of China, and the previous general consul of the People’s Republic of China in Nagasaki make speeches. Mr. Yamazaki Masaaki, the chef from GattenSushi, is invited to make “the tuna dissection show”, dissecting a fresh bluefin tuna with the weight of 80KGs, which is shipped by air from Nagasaki. Attending guests are also invited to participate in the challenge of quickly pinching peaches within 100 seconds. The event is surrounded by the warm atmosphere.
Ocean Family’s Beijing experience store is its second brand store in Beijing, which is located in the reputable Beijing Jingshen seafood market. The Beijing experience store integrates multiple functions such as demonstration, wholesaling and retailing into one and markets all Ocean Family’s series products, mainly promoting imported fresh fishes, including fresh bluefin tuna, red snapper, jack mackerel, large head hairtail, bream and etc.; handling and distributing orders from all kinds of hotels, restaurants, canteens and general customers all the time, selling new arrival fresh fishes and imported frozen seafood products and relevant processed products, and also providing sashimi sushi products.
Ocean Family’s Beijing experience store is the trial and extension of the similar operation mode which has been successful in Shanghai and regions. The company will promote fresh imported bluefin tuna and other kinds of fresh fishes with the larger operation scale, faster speed and better service, and further increase the supply of good quality seafood products from locations around the world.
