The delicacy is the window of the culture exchange and the medium to strengthen the culture between China and Japan. Recently, based on the invitation from the applied Japanese profession of Shanghai Business School, Ocean Family has the on-site demonstration for the students about how to make sushi.

This event is demonstrated by Mr. Kimura, the special technical adviser of the high-end supermarket department of Ocean Family. Students of the school proactively participate in the interaction, to know the origin, material, and production processes of Japanese sushi, also to participate in the on-site production of sushi, with the warm atmosphere, and to have the deeper experience of Japanese cuisine culture.
