Recently, Ocean Family’s tuna experience pavilions land in Shanghai, locating at District of Pudong and Zhabei respectively, with names of “Zhidong” and “Zhiyue”, integrating functions of retail, wholesale, and experience of high-end seafood into one, and aiming to let more consumers to have the “zero distance” contact with food materials, experience Ocean Family’s food materials by themselves, and know more about Ocean Family’s culture.

The store name of “Yi” takes the expensive bluefin tuna O-TORO as the theme, delivering the concept of “only making premium food materials”; and meanwhile mainly provides the experience of tunas, gathering high-quality fresh and frozen seafood materials around the world, with the whole-chain traceability, to make fresh food materials visible and offer “reassuring, safe, natural, delicious” foods.

Ocean Family’s “Yi” series experience pavilions have three characteristics:

1.Food materials: source fresh seafood materials around the world, preparing only for the intraday of eating. The food materials are products such as fresh Atlantic bluefin tuna, fresh Chile salmon, Canada king salmon, seasonal fresh seafood from Hokkaido such as king crab, snow crab, red crab, and etc., and also fishery products, caught by company’s own fishing fleets, such as super-frozen bigeye tuna, Argentina squid, saury, cod from the Antarctic sea area, wild cold water shrimp from the Arctic sea area, wild Argentina red shrimp, and etc.

2.Air freight: fresh fishes are delivered 3 shipments per week, with the world stable supply of fresh seafood.

3.Non-menu: except reservation, the menu is customized based on the intraday supply of food materials.
