The “Sea Anemone”, No.11 typhoon in this year, strikes. The Chinese Central Meteorological Station, first time within 5 years, starts the No.1 level of emergency response of major meteorological disasters. Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai are all facing the tough trial.
