From September 15th to 17th, the second China Ocean Economy Investment and Trade Fair and the first China (South) International Seafood Fair open in Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center. Ocean Family attends this fair as the representative ocean economy enterprise from Hangzhou.

During the show, our company's chefs demonstrate a living “tuna dissection show”. Witnessing the dissection of a big fish which is worth 50,000 Yuan in a very short time, some local citizens sign out: a small vehicle just disappears in front of us!

More surprisingly to citizens, this top-level bluefin tuna is not for selling. Company’s staffs cut the tuna into small pieces, mix tuna pieces with soy sauce and mustard, and bring the delicacy to the guests. It’s free for tasting! Even Mr. Shao, the Mayor of Hangzhou, and Mrs. Tong, the deputy Mayor of Hangzhou, also come to Ocean Family’s booth and eat with the good appetite to taste this treasure from the deep sea!
