1. Sashimi (to eat it raw), mixing soy sauce (for raw fish only)with a little Washabi (mustard), sashimi can be eaten after sticking sashimi with this mixed sauce.
2. Sushi, putting some sashimi on top of cooked rice to make Sushi.
3.Stewed and Barbecue tuna meat, putting some soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and other spices to stove to make the stewed tuna meat, or on iron board to make barbecue tuna meat.

 Different species of tuna and different parts of a whole round tuna have different economic value.
